Falang is a very well considered multi language plugin for #wordpress

Complete control of translated versions of original posts, IE you have the option to keep Google Translate well away from your website.

But it isn't perfect, at least not in my experience.

I am looking for a wordpress #Dev out there who knows their way around WP to solve a few small issues.
