If there was a place for me to stack Liquid I would stack it.

No brainer.

Periodically swap for 1 largeish BTC UTXO.

Right now id need to buy BTC, move it, swap it. Not cheaper than just sending the BTC to Cold Storage.

Need to be able to buy Liquid directly.

Closest is Bitcoin Reserve but 2.99% fee for my small stacks, and it involves a fiat swap. Still not cheaper than just buying BTC and sending it to CS.
