No way to test on iOS. No way to create a throwaway npub without leaving the sign in flow. Directing people to nosta.me is bad UX imo. You’re asking people to sign up on another website.

All true, I haven't put any work on onboarding yet, directing people to nosta.me is not ideal but better than not having anything
