As a father you parse the barbarism, consider what’s developmentally appropriate understanding that younger brother wants to know what older brother knows.

It’s a quid pro quo. Innocence in exchange for fortification of their future selves.

It’s a poor trade for innocence. The younger they are the higher the cost.

And little brother pays a premium.
