How can I buy a burger or cola with it though?

Crypto exchanges have proven to be unreliable - see FTX etc. - and I have yet to see a binding to traditional SEPA or services like Paypal before.

I'd honestly like to know. Because all I see of those -coins is the scams, ransomware and leakage of privkeys. :/
