Tell them it's embarrassing that YouTube Creators have a better monetization structure that GitHub Coders.

Support for paid PRs, bounties, paid releases, reward sharing between team members and used libraries, special license paid requests, automated hosting with rev-share to devs / DevOps, etc.

GitHub could be so much better.
