Those running Blossom servers, or other media hosting for Nostr, or really, just running relays that store notes that may link to media content: How should we address this issue?

It seems to me that relays and media storage servers will need to either be unable to tell what kind of content is being stored on their server, since it is encrypted, or they will need to actively moderate the content.
