Not quite but near by. It's picked up a lot round here, especially so since Covid, there's loads of creative types and money from London moved down. The key is finding the right building and then how we chop it up/ make the space so it's appealing for people to use. It's defo time for change, I'm too old to be lugging speakers about! Plus the regular music biz is toast in it's traditional model, there's very little money in making records, although it does tick over. Between myself and business partner we can still equip a very nice studio but maybe we focus on production courses and one off events? Launch parties etc.

There's some great spaces knocking around, including some old banks. I would LOVE to take one of those and do corn related events, I have such a deep vibe about the banks it would be the biggest middle finger of all time but I'm keeping an open mind. There's more to this than just telling them to GFY haha.
