He could have built something of value but went too hard on leverage now he must pay the piper or more accurately the shareholders will pay.

Maybe the problem I see is that if bitcoin breaks downward then their is no good entry in MSTR if bitcoin recovers and continues a bull maybe but that’s a big maybe. On the downside MSTR is about a 2-4x on the upside it at best a 1x.
