What if we have a NIP-89 style for relays, so we could programmatically query for “relays for kind 30181 my follow list uses” (or whatever kind number wiki uses)
Same thing for e.g. NIP-{29,50} relays
I've published a bunch of useful to the Nostrpedia, but no one can see it on https://wikifreedia.xyz/ because it won't download from my wss://custom.fiatjaf.com relay by default.
I don't know what is the best way to approach this.

Can't we use lists for that like it's already specified in NIP-51? You publish a bunch of lists of relays you like for wiki or groups you're in.
I don't know, I like replaceable more than normal events for this, but I could be wrong.
Yeah, certainly we can just use hard odds kind numbers like we have for NIP-50, I just wonder if we are not going to end up with a bunch of this and slow down adding new kind-specific NIP-51s
But now that I think about it again maybe this is early optimization.
