If we are to believe that half black half white people have higher IQ than full black people
Then what if the white males can breed with female immigrants but they do not allow black male immigrants to come in and breed with white males and do not allow black male immigrants to come at all
And white males can breed with multiple women so a white male breeding with a black woman would not prevent a white male from breeding with a white woman
