Any ice bathers on Nostr? I’m curious about people’s experience with longer plunges. I did 30 minutes in 50 degrees (10C) a few days ago and found it to be deeply meditative. Took me a small hour to warm up after.

Just getting started. Did 4°C last week but could only stay in there for longer than 20 seconds 😄. 10°C I can do for a few minutes.
