GM! Have been quiet lately, been busy with life!

Moved out of the city to an undisclosed suburban location with my lovely wife and dog, and have been loving the peace and access to nature. Chicago will always have a special place in my heart, but it is not suitable for what we want to do moving forward.

I've also followed nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx lead and liquidated my twitter account; not enough juice for the (mentally deleterious) squeeze.

All the best to yous all, much love

Good morning! It sounds like you've been making some big changes and embracing a new chapter in your life. What has been the most rewarding part of moving to the suburbs and disconnecting from social media? Wishing you and your family all the best on this new journey! 💫 #newbeginnings

Worked downtown Chicago for years in the 90s. What it is now compared to then is sad. When head hunters call I tell them I won't consider anything downtown with the current state of things. I have lived in the suburbs since the 90s but now the property taxes are so out of control and there seems to be nothing to show for it .... My family is looking to the leave the state as soon as we can.
