I take a break from Nostr every once in a while and every time I come back it’s more dead and quiet. I remember engagement in here was through the roof 2 years ago.

In all honesty though you have to follow more people. ~600, especially if they are old follows (might be some attrition), is going to seem like a ghost town. Lots of different ways to find active and interesting accounts
