When people say “crypto” they typically refer to the many scam coins that rode the hype of bitcoin. Bitcoin is not crypto. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency for sure, it is the only legitimate and decentralized one that was not built to scam people. it is not in the same category as “crypto”.

I don’t know how to code, otherwise I would try to help create a welcome splash screen pointing to nostr docs (assuming that would demystify things like this). I get it now though. Thanks for the reply.
