Remember how Tim Goetons 'roll up the rim' went digital? I always like to explain to people the reason for this change is to get rid of the random nature and drip feed people "rewards" to maximize their spending. They couldn't manipulate people with 'roll up the rim' cups but they can with the app.
Oh, they also sold ALL the data and lost a class action lawsuit that determine they had to pay everyone $1.50... don't bother having government fix what benefits it.
