Yesterday, I finally found someone who’s made money on real estate. It’s interesting to do the calculation with people. Obviously not worth converting to bitcoin with most people as they’re dismissive so I stick to gold as everyone understands it as a store of value.

The big question for many as we enter new run of inflation will be “What are you using as your unit of account?”
