Depends what your intentions are, but if you’re posting anything online you’re doing it to get some attention. Otherwise just keep a private diary.

I don’t think attention is bad per se, unless you get hooked on it and start debasing yourself or spamming for it.

But this is more about free speech and manipulation; NOSTR helps with not being censored or banned if you say something someone doesn’t like
