I wrote code only to show local notification when someone explicitly mentions (not when some replies you without mentioning you). Did this reply give you a local notification?

No, this is for when I receive a local notification when someone likes my reply to another note.

It also shows “[X] zapped [parent note]” if someone zaps your reply to a note

this is a Block(type=mention) issue. #[2]​ do we need to manually parse the individual blocks’ to receive the pubkey and decode it into a mention?
