I think what you meant to say is that "the polio virus is not the only thing that causes polio symptoms"

Because there is a virus called polio which causes polio symptoms. Today only 3 countries on earth have polio virus, USA India and Pakistan.

(Israel also used a weaponised strain of the virus against Gaza in 2023) But the rest of the world has no polio virus

The hostility of these sorts of replies is typically proportionate to the lack of confidence a person has in the polio virus narrative.

Similar to how a vaxxie gets really upset when you point out that clotshots do not prevent the contraction or spread of COVID-19.
