It’s the painter Georgia O‘Keefe herself. I have found found some impressingly self confident pictures of her and wanted to share one here. She was married to Alfred Stieglitz, a great photographer, who took naked portraits of her. A scandal in 1918. She gave a flying f. and I think you can see her originality and strength in her art too. She wrote once: “The men liked to put me down as the best woman painter.
