If you like them and are more likely to use them, then go ahead! I prefer traditional floss…the goal is to gently glide the floss in between the teeth, then form a C-shape around the front/back surface of each tooth while sliding up and down…most people think all they need to do is pop the floss in between their teeth then pop it out, but that’s not the point! 🦷✌️

Yeah I just think with the stick is easier to work with, feels like an entire hand must go inside of the month for the correct angle for the sliding with traditional flows. Maybe I just don’t know how to do it properly 🤷🏻
As long as you’re sliding with any type of floss and stacking sats, you’re all good 🤙🤙😂
