I think any company that holds or uses user data should have some sort of regulations and consequences if that data is miss used. Not a fan of any government oversight but people are either lazy or ill informed about class action lawsuits. Tic Tok is proof that people are retards and have no clue about having their data raped.

Nostr doesn't have a data collection model built in like typical social media apps and platforms.
