No, I'm not only connecting to my relay, I'm connected to 13 relays apparently. And I want everyone on Nostr to be able to see everything I'm posting. Period. Regardless of relays or apps or follower or non follower.

Sorry to waste your time here -- apparently I'm so clueless I don't even know what to ask.

Please don't feel compelled to try to help any further.

I appreciate you.

I don't mind spending some time thinking about this with you.

So the way people will see what you post is if they use the same relays you're using. They might get a post of two through the grapevine of users sharing with each other but direct access to the relays you're using will be the best way for them to get you posts. That being said, if you're using 13 relays that mean your are posting your content on all 13 of those relays and chances are good that is enough to propagate your posts through nostr making it available for users to see it.

Now there is also relays that you can install and setup that have features that will allow you to spread your posts and content to other relays, this way you can use one relay and have it distribute your content to other relays on the network.

Strfry is one of these relays.

I appreciate you sharing this info.

How can the protocol expect all users to be using the same relays as all other users? Seems like this is an impractical solution, and I can't believe that's how the protocol actually works.

There's no way for one of my followers' relays to contact one of my relays and download the image? Relays can't talk to each other and help connect people and content?

And everything I've been posting for the past 3 months has not been seen by all my followers?

None of this makes practical sense. (But you don't have to explain it)
