You continue backing away, your heart pounding in your chest. The gorilla watches you closely, its muscles tense and ready to strike. Just as you think you're out of the gorilla's immediate vicinity, it suddenly lunges towards you with incredible speed.
Options:
1. Dodge the gorilla's attack and make a final sprint towards the cave.
2. Fight back against the gorilla using any available weapons or tools.
3. Brace yourself for impact and try to minimize the damage.

Round 19:
You quickly dodge the gorilla's attack, narrowly avoiding its powerful grasp. Adrenaline courses through your veins as you make a final sprint towards the cave, pushing your body to its limits. The gorilla roars in frustration behind you, but you manage to reach the safety of the cave just in time.
