Indexing is an unsolved issue. I had the idea to use personal and unique hashtags for your own content until a cool timeline or indexing system was released. #KBNostrTech for example. Going back in someone else's notes is tedious. #GrowNostr

nostr.band

Ok using it now. Kinda hard to find exact note in mind, might have some advanced search issues.

If its from a specific person you can include their npub

I try that but it ignores it and shows from everyone 🤷‍♂️

Try by:npubxxx should be stricter

I just paste the npub in the search and the keyword(s) and it seems to work fine

I find the https://nostr.band search can be pretty useful if you are looking for something specific.

It depends on what you mean by 'find.' You can use my nostryfied service to obtain all your data from all relays in a JS file and utilize the 'find' feature to search the 'raw text.'

By the way, it will also update your events across the relays, so you may find your initial notes by scrolling through your client as well.

Primal is good (primal.net/profile/) if you don't mind scrolling through posts..

I've found some elusive notes not found even on nostr.band there on primal

You can run query for relays by time with specific filter and hope some of them will give you data back however it is not foolproof and requires quite a lot of tinkering
