If you're old enough (or savvy enough), what's your favorite 1990s song? It's rather wrong of me to ask, because I find the question impossible to answer. So much amazing music came out of the early part of that decade.

This is is worth watching: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnVI9rZb2p8
Came out last year.
Can you go past R.E.M
Document will forever be my favorite REM album, though Out of Time has some great tracks too.
And of course you have the ultimate…Red Hot Chilli Peppers
Oh hell yes.
Ol’ Dirty Bastard, “Brooklyn Zoo”
You mean right here, right now?
That's not easy, FatBoySlim still everyone knows:
But there are so may songs bringing back the good vibes of the 90s, the best song totally depends on the current mood.

Yes the 90’s was a good decade for music, but from 2000-2010, absolute 🔥
It's probably my age talking, but I very much prefer the early to mid 90s to the 2000s. To me the 2000s sound very... clonish. If you get what I mean. But then everyone always thinks what they grew up with is better than what came later.
Right at the end of the 90s, but Freestyler is a banger
summer summer summer-time!
Love that tune!
I'm a little disappointed that nobody mentioned Tubthumping (Chumbawamba). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2H5uWRjFsGc
😂 no one mentioned it because we’re all still working on our PTSD from that tune.
Too many
‘Take the Power Back’
Rage Against the Machine
I lost all respect for Rage when they bought into the BS of the last 3 years. Sad shame. Great music.
🙉 I haven’t heard anything about it and will strive to keep it that way. No point in ruining memories.
I CANNOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE
they were among the first to require vaxx for concert attendees
might as well rebrand to:
‘Simp for the Machine’
Morello turned out to be such a partisan loser. Whole bunch of other “rockstars” turned out to be nothing but mindless wet blankets.
Disappointing.
Its been a while since I've looked back to 90s music, so I can't definitively say a favorite. However, I'll recommend Porcupine Tree: (1) Dislocated Day, (2) Stars Die
The replies here are 🔥
🎵 When I wake up, well I know I'm gonna be,
🎵 I'm gonna be the man who zapps some sats to you
🎵 When I global, yeah I know I'm gonna be
🎵 I'm gonna be the man who zapps along with you
🎵 When I get drunk, well I know I'm gonna be
🎵 I'm gonna be the man who zapps some sats to you
🎵 And when I haver, hey I know I'm gonna be
🎵 I'm gonna be the man who's zapping it to you
🎵 And I would zap 500 sats
🎵 And I would zap 500 more
🎵 Just to be the man who zaps a thousand sats
🎵 To note down at your door
I can believe no one mentioned The Chronic by Dre yet.
Gin and Juice.
‘Jesus Christ Pose’
Soundgarden
Here’s another early 90s, proper attitude that actually stuck through time:
‘Intolerance’ ~TOOL
Rage - the OG bitcoin maximalists😆
Old enough 😂
I might have to do multiple
Da Funk - Daft Punk
Sugar Water - Cibo Matto
Heart Shaped Box - Nirvana
93 ‘til Infinity- Souls of Mischief
When the Sun Hits - Slowdive
Lost - T-Dre, Delux, Cali Life Style
Another fave
Nothing has greater 80’s-vibes than early 90’s rock music. They had developed their art to perfection.
And then the grunge hit 😢
Anything on Ninjatune trust me
I don't have one favorite, but imo this is one of the best pop rock songs ever written. Long enough to satisfy you but short enough to keep you wanting more.
STP is 🔥
Yep. Here's another to add to the pile. Big Wreck are still going, and their music is far better now than it ever was back then, but their debut album in 97 was really great.
Stone Temple Pilots still sound really good, underrated imo

Coolio - Gangsta's Paradise (feat. L.V.)
90's 🎶❤️ still one of my favorite decades when it comes to music. A loooot of songs and even more memories. One of them is "Children" instrumental by Robert Miles.
Been thinking about this note some more..
