Something you may have never thought about: Conjoined twins, often referred to as Siamese twins, cannot be of different genders because they are formed from a single fertilized egg that fails to fully split, resulting in genetically identical twins.

Therefore, conjoined twins are always the same gender, either both male or both female.

The female-to-male ratio among conjoined twins is approximately 3:1 or greater.
