Did you configure signal-rest dependency? You need a signal account to use with that since signal doesn't support native bots so get a prepaid sim or silent link or something that allows you to register a new signal account to use with that

hum, possibly it would maybe work if you send yourself notes but i'm not 100% since they won't be new messages

i guess not then, i haven't tested it in this mode, i have a dedicated number for the bot
