Was that a multisig wallet? I think it was made by Bitpay. I remember I installed it but never did anything with it after setting it up.
I have the same problem but they're all in a drawer and paper copies. Yeah that's exactly the one. They had done a good job on the UI for it but Bitpay....
I stopped using Bitpay years ago, after spending far too many sats with their preloaded Visa debit card.
