Idea:#Bitcoin, the new internet where users carry their identity (anonymity user’s choice) and to use the actual network they would need to have #bitcoin in their wallet, if the user doesn’t follow certain laws when using apps or visiting websites on the network, they get fined.

Could make the internet much more safer and productive environment for humans to thrive and prevent misconduct and crime against humanity.
