I pressure canned some stew meat in the Carey electric pressure canner. I love being able to do small batches in this thing. One package of stew meat from Costco made 6 pints. I raw packed with a half teaspoon of salt in each and processed for 75 minutes. #grownostr #preservingfood #canning
