Blinken’s comments were the strongest yet from a U.S. official after 26-year-old Aysenur Eygi was fatally shot Friday at a protest in the West Bank. The Israel Defense Forces said Tuesday it was “highly likely” she had been shot “unintentionally” by one of its soldiers.
