I tried it yesterday.

Didn't work for me unfortunately. Impossible to login with Alby.

That's strange... I was able to login with alby. I had to restore my following list this morning too

Nono, bah, yeah is neat to have a good desktop client but I was askign because that happened once because I missused that client and made a mistake.

My client had an old copy of your contact list cached. I uploaded it to pastebin https://pastebin.com/E05wPSmP

maybe you can use https://nostrtool.com/ or some other similar tool to copy/paste the event JSON, update the "created_at" date and sign it?

or you could just use the pastebin as a reference :)
