Even with censorship circumvention turned on?
Is this new? Where did you hear this? It was working fine the last time I went there. Also, there's a built-in Censorship Circumvention option under Settings > Privacy > Advanced, if anyone needs it.
What about noise?
Use simplex instead?
A wireguard endpoint outside the country fixes this.
