Check out https://relay.exchange - I use about 10 relays… but for my friends first relay I went with nostr.wine and also use their filter service. 18888 sats though but seems well worth it.
You pay for it with LN and just chuck your npub in when paying. Once paid throw the relay address into your relay settings and presto :D
