Finally, went to sleep a little earlier than usual (though still late compared to most) and got a bit more hours. The earlier hours definitely feel different on the body. 🤗🤗
Just trying to balance out my needs.
I can sleep more, but I don't wanna. Waking up early and having those extra few hours in the morning is addictive.
Do you do anything with that extra time like go for a run or is it more of a relaxed way to do a morning routine ?

Sometimes gym, sometimes chores at home or to do a little bit of the many projects I have laying around.
