Which version are you using? Make sure you have permissions set by going to the settings inside the app and if they are set and you're still having problems, shoot us a DM. 🫡

Ok I sent you a DM...plus there was a 5k bounty on testing the android app version and I'm the only one who tried it out 🙂
we've had a couple of people send debug logs via dm after tracking a few kilometers.
If you want it would still be a great help if you put in 2-5km and send us the logs via dm, that way we can be sure the activity tracker works with devices like yours.
We'd appreciate the help and it would assist in making the app better for all of our users.
