These EU laws are never enforced unless you are US monopoly enjoying defacto anti trust immunity.
How many people are in prison for using cookies? Is it none?
That is what I meant with „technically“. I am sick of laws that make you a criminal or can be interpreted in that way. Europe is missing the AI opportunity and a law that puts entrepreneurs deeper at the mercy of the state isn‘t helping.
