right, for now I don't believe any side regarding korean losses because numbers are weird. south korean intelligence said something like 300 killed 3000 wounded, but first how they collect this numbers and second, killed/wounded ratio is totally wrong, 1:10, it is just impossible.

Yeah exactly, but there is a posdibility that north korean artilery units operate somewhere. I say this because it is confirmed that such hardware is moving in Russia.
The most likely way South Korean intelligence would be collecting this information is via North Korean moles, wiretaps, etc.
The problem is, the North Korean military is probably lying to their superiors! They're probably sending numbers like 300 killed/3000 wounded up the chain of command to make the war look like it's going better than it is, and avoid angering the politicians above them.
If so, South Korea would be learning the fake numbers, not the real ones.
This kind of thing is one reason why dictatorships tend to fail... No-one is willing to tell the truth, even internally. So bad decisions get made.
