in the uk, number plates act as serious value keepers. the most expensive ones go for ~600k pounds and more

I'm in Paris & just passed a hotel where directly in front was a matte black Bugati with license "1" from KSA.

Then like an hour later I saw a different Bugatti with a "1" plate. What are the odds?
