I'm not sure what your mean. The users who want to have a more curated feed can, those who don't won't, by default don't enable any algorithm. Maybe it requires a modicum of discipline to maintain a limited to sans algorithm feed
As long as the option exist, people will gravitate to it. Algo choice is like putting a person in front of a casino and saying “you can hang around outside or go in and have a blast. But, it’s your choice!”
