If you want to live exclusively with a bunch of white people for God only knows what reason, you should be allowed to do so. If you are not allowed to do so, it is not because immigrants are coming into your general vicinity. It's because either private property is not being respected or you're just so pathetically intolerant and afraid of other people that you don't want to walk past a brown person to go find yourself an exclusive community of like minded people.
