#31days update:
I'm not swinging steel tonight. I screwed up pretty badly at work and sucked up a whole lot of nasty fumes today and I'm just not gonna force myself to swing the kettlebell today. I did walk, and that helped to get some fresh air, but I'm feeling kinda wretched right now.
(Yes, I know. Dumb. I forgot that I needed to order a new respirator. My work only provides dust masks. Those are useless for welding fumes. Yes, I could push the issue, but it is ultimately my responsibility.)
steam. breathe some steam. and take some vitamin C and iodine.

well, you’ll laugh at this, but for iodine supplements in particular, one of the better ones comes from the Infowars store 😆
