Yes. Variable load across the range of motion can be a beneficial new stimulus for muscles that are too well-adapted for tension achieved with only free weights and gravity. Most resistance bands are harder to pull the further they’re stretched

Thanks. Can you suggest any good brand? The ones I found on amazon are easily torn, as per user reviews. Not sure which one to buy.

I’m not familiar tbh. I’d use Bard or Bing Chat to help me research durable brands if I were you 🙂
