Upon review, Yeah it's ST:TNG season 1 quality* acting but I'll allow it for nostalgia reasons.

* that's how I rate sci Fi acting on a scale from "Tasha Yar tar monster death" to Picard sitting down to play poker at the end of "All Good Things"
