Mining software developers do not share the code becaause they want sone % of your mined crypto. I'll tried to disassemble one or two but they are protected against debugging too. Only the old softwares are FOSS's. But you can try some op sys designed for mining for that features you wanted (I used and modified EthOS anno...)
