I don't get the point of Highlights that much, but Habla News is supercool, definitely.

You can highlight a portion of an article in Habla by selecting the text and clicking the highlighter button that appears on the bottom right of screen.
On highlighter go to Search tab and enter s URL, after the content is loaded the UX is similar to Habla. select text, preview, highlight. Hope it helps.
