Mossad is clearly using dark leverage on him, but he is an unpredictable character and if they press too hard and he snaps... who knows whats could happen
I would be disappointed if Iran acted first, I believe legally, they have the right to attack Israel, because Israel is preparing to attack them, but it is more complicated than that, with the US involved.
