Until we have a viable YouTube-like client, sharing them in kind 1 is probably the way to go.

There is a video specific kind that allows for setting a video title, thumbnail, and description, but we don't have any clients that are built for it except Flare.pub, which is abandonware, and I think zap.stream, but it's not really optimized for browsing previously recorded content.
